Club Features
TRAC offers the following amenities to its members:
- A .60 size trainer that can be used by club members who are
temporarily without an aircraft, a student pilot or by members of
the public who wants to see what it is like to fly a radio controlled
model airplane. A modest fee is charged for a 10 minute flight
with a qualified instructor.
- TRAC has a Great Planes RealFlight G2 Lite flight simulator
available for student pilots. When not in use by a student, TRAC
members can check out the simulator.
We have found that use of a flight simulator significantly reduces
the time that it takes for a student pilot to become a qualified
pilot. TRAC encourages student pilots to acquire their own
copies of a flight simulator.
If you would like to check out the simulator, please contact
Scott Kantrowitz.
